SHORT BIO
Seasoned professional that has been providing a solid backbeat and vocals (Lead & Backing) for several artists and bands (Original, Tributes and Cover bands) for the past 4 decades. Proficient in running and playing to click and/or backing tracks. Laying down a tight groove and playing only what the song requires without over playing, has always been my approach. Also, just as important, "playing to the room", knowing when to play softer or louder depending on the venue, style and song. I have played in full size arenas to small coffee houses. With an array of drum setups that include big & small acoustic kits, electronic kits and a Cajon box style, I'm equipped to play any size venue.
I got my first drum kit at the age of 12 and has had a passion for music ever since. Although I took professional lessons and played in concert and marching band in high school, it was my love of rock music that built the foundation of my playing. From there, watching and listening to other drummers from all genres has allowed for many opportunities in the music industry.

My recording experience includes albums, soundtrack releases and radio airplay with multiple band/artists. In addition, I have also toured as the headlining band, as well as sharing the stage with acts such as: Flock of Seagulls, Missing Persons, Foghat, B.O.C., The Beat Farmers, Korn, P.O.D., Bronski Beat, Richard Butler (The Psychedelic Furs/Love Spit Love), Martha Davis (The Motels), Peter Case, T.S.O.L., Girlschool and The Outfield along with performances on the nationally televised “MTV Spring Break” series.
